NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 21st September, 2015

G.S.R. 729(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 469 read with section 414 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These rules may be called the National Company Law Tribunal (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of President and other Members) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
